Smart Patch is a universal intake and intelligent-routing system. To submit a request, you sign in with an account so the request is tied to a known email address. Smart Patch then routes the submission to the correct internal area so you do not have to know the right category.
Will my submission stay private?+
Yes. Authenticated Smart Patch submissions go one-way into an approved private intake process. The public never sees internal records, contacts, projects, or notes.
